The C.E.M. in our name is for my father, Clarence E. Martin. We strive to honor his memory by providing beautiful spaces for our guests to help them create their own great family memories.

Properties

We have 3 cabins on Cobscook Bay in North Lubec (aka Seward Neck) and another property in downtown Lubec in the Lower Water Street Village, across from Stockford park (a live music venue on the water at the Lubec Narrows), and next to the bridge to Campobello Island. We also offer a 3-cabin package which includes the Mainely, Americana and Lighthouse cabins (ID # 9458683). If interested in that, we highly recommend booking for the following season due to how quickly the individual cabins book. Our focus is to find great locations that we love and can share with others. Unmatched hospitality and modern amenities in a pristine natural setting - where you can relax and just do you - is what we offer.

The Lower Water Street home in Lubec is adjacent to a live music venue in the Summer and within walking distance to restaurants, 1.2-mile Mowry beach, the Fisherman's pier, the Lost Fisherman's Memorial, a beautiful Veterans Memorial to Lubec's fallen, the Lubec Historical Society, an Irish pub, the Lubec Brewing Company, and a fresh lobster market
If flying into Bangor, Lubec is roughly 2.5 hours by car
