“We offer three waterfront cabins on Cobscook Bay in North Lubec (Seward Neck), as well as an additional property in downtown Lubec on Lower Water Street, located across from Stockford Park and next to the bridge to Campobello Island. We also offer a three-cabin package that includes the Mainely, Americana, and Lighthouse cabins (ID #9458683). Because these cabins book quickly, we highly recommend reserving the package for the following season.

Our property manager, Carla Savage, lives in the area and is available to assist you should you have questions or need assistance.
Amenities

Useful Information
- Every location has a guest book with emergency phone numbers and contact information, restaurant menus, points of interest, etc.
- Check-in 4 pm (flexible)/check- out 10 am
- Only a short walk to the beach from the Americana and Lighthouse cabins
- The Mainely cabin overlooks the beach
- The beach is secluded
- Pets Allowed - including big dogs (no weight limit)
- Six miles to Lubec, ME from the 3 cabins
- Twelve miles to Quoddy Head Lighthouse from the 3 cabins
- Seven miles to Quoddy Head from the Lower Water Street home
- The Lower Water Street home in Lubec is adjacent to a live music venue in the Summer and within walking distance to restaurants, 1.2-mile Mowry beach, the Fisherman's pier, the Lost Fisherman's Memorial, a beautiful Veterans Memorial to Lubec's fallen, the Lubec Historical Society, an Irish pub, the Lubec Brewing Company, and a fresh lobster market
- If flying into Bangor, Lubec is roughly 2.5 hours by car
